Ok, so DIY reached an entirely new dimension in this Norwegian farm wedding! To mention a few things, the bride designed and sowed all bridesmaid’s dresses, picked berries from their own garden for wine, grew the salad leaves, and gathered field flowers from a nearby field for the bouquets. The groom hunted the moose they served, and brewed the beer, and made sitting groups out of straw from their own fields.

I was lucky to be a guest AND photographer in this wedding, so I didn’t cover the entire day like I normally would. However, when the wild night started, I couldn’t resist capturing the moments on the dance floor. Even with a few beers consumed I still managed to capture these highlights – scroll all the way to the end if you’d like to see some hilarious dancing photos!
Thanks so much, Miriam and Hans Emil, for inviting me to your wedding and letting me share in these special moments with you!
